Article Processing Charges (APC)
To maintain its open-access and freely accessible nature, the Multi-disciplinary Avaiton Journal (MDA) has implemented an APC of USD 100 for all accepted papers. This APC covers the administrative and managerial costs associated with peer review and the publication process, such as copy editing, formatting, composing the figures and tables, and other necessary administrative functions in processing received manuscripts. MDA does not impose any submission charges or fees for rejected articles during the review process.
Discounts
At MDA, we understand the importance of promoting inclusivity and supporting authors from low-income countries. To encourage their participation, we offer a discount of up to 90% on the article processing charge (APC) for eligible authors. We determine eligibility based on the World Bank's inventory, accessed at https://data.worldbank.org/?locations=XN-XM.
We recognize that authors from lower-middle-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, may experience financial difficulties. In such instances, we are willing to evaluate requests for APC discounts of up to 50% based on the World Bank's inventory, which can be accessed at https://data.worldbank.org/?locations=XN-XM.
If you are an author who qualifies for an APC waiver or would like to request a discount, you can send your request to em@mdajournal.com. Our team will thoroughly review each request and respond appropriately, considering the circumstances and the ultimate objective of promoting worldwide research collaboration and knowledge sharing.
We urge authors who could benefit from these waivers or discounts to seize this opportunity and share their valuable research with the scholarly community. If you have any questions or need more information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Eligibility
To qualify for a discounted APC, authors must fulfill the following requirements:
- All authors listed on the paper must be residents of the income category country of the requested discount as classified by the World Bank list.
- The research presented in the paper must have been carried out in the income category country of the requested discount as classified by the World Bank list.
- The research is not sponsored, and there are currently any funds available to support the publication of the research.
We aim to support authors from economically disadvantaged regions and help spread their significant research findings by following these guidelines. We strongly recommend that eligible authors use the APC discount and submit their manuscripts for consideration in MDA.
