Submissions

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts to the Multi-Disciplinary Aviation Journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they align with the aims and scope of the journal. Submissions considered a good fit will be sent for peer review before a final decision is made regarding acceptance or rejection.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any materials included with the manuscript, such as photos, documents, and datasets. All authors listed on the submission must consent to be identified as authors. Where appropriate, research should be approved by a relevant ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study’s country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and clearly articulated. The title should be concise, and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This increases the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review your paper.

When you're confident your submission meets these standards, please follow the guidelines and checklist below to prepare your manuscript.

Template and Formatting

Authors may submit manuscripts as Word (.docx) or PDF files. There is no requirement to prepare a LaTeX version; accepted manuscripts will be formatted by the journal for publication. To help reviewers and editors, please follow the formatting and structure outlined below.

General Information

• Paper Category: Indicate whether your submission is a Research Article, Review Article, Short Communication, or Case Report.
• Title: Clear, concise, and accurately reflecting the content of the manuscript.
• Authors & Affiliations:
  • List all authors along with their affiliations.
  • Use superscripts or numbering to match authors to their institutions.
  • Include email addresses for corresponding author(s).
  • If applicable, include author notes (e.g., "Contributed equally").

Manuscript Structure

2. Abstract
   • A brief summary of the study
   • Must stand on its own

   • Presented as bullet points

Formatting Guidelines

• Page Size: A4
• Margins: Standard (Top, Bottom, Left, Right = 2.54 cm)
• Font: Times New Roman (or equivalent), 12 pt
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• Paragraphs: Justified, no extra spaces between paragraphs
• Sections: Clearly defined with numbered headings (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Methodology)

Figures and Tables

• Place figures and tables in the appropriate locations within the text (not at the end).
• Include descriptive captions for all figures and tables.
• Ensure figures are high-resolution and tables are clearly formatted.

References

• Use numbered references in the order they appear in the text (e.g., [1], [2]).
• List references in the order they appear in the text.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in formatting.

When evaluating manuscripts, maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of authors is paramount. Upon submission, authors entrust editors with their scientific findings and creative work, which can significantly influence their reputation and career. Any disclosure of sensitive information during the review process may infringe upon the authors' rights and jeopardize their professional standing.

Reviewers also have a right to confidentiality, which editors are obliged to uphold, except in cases involving suspected dishonesty or fraud. In all other circumstances, strict confidentiality must be maintained.

Editors are responsible for safeguarding all information related to submitted manuscripts. This includes, but is not limited to, the date of receipt, manuscript content, review status, reviewer comments, and editorial decisions. Such information should be disclosed only to the authors and reviewers directly involved in the evaluation process.

Reviewers are informed that manuscripts are confidential and remain the intellectual property of the authors. Both reviewers and editorial staff must respect the authors' rights by refraining from public discussions or using any ideas before publication. Reviewers should not make personal copies of manuscripts or share them without prior approval from the editor. After completing the review, reviewers are expected to return or securely dispose of all manuscript copies.

Consent from the reviewer, author, and editor is required before reviewer comments are made public or shared with third parties. This ensures the integrity of the review process and protects the interests of all parties involved.
